What is Landlord Rep?

A landlord rep, or landlord representative, is a real estate professional who represents the interests of landlords in commercial real estate transactions. This can include helping landlords find and negotiate leases for their properties, as well as managing the properties once they are leased.

Landlord reps typically work with businesses that are looking to rent or lease commercial space, as well as with individuals or organizations that own commercial properties and are looking to lease them out. They may also be involved in negotiations related to renewing or modifying existing leases. The goal of a landlord rep is to help their clients find suitable tenants and negotiate favorable lease terms.

Landlord reps typically work on a commission basis, meaning they are paid a percentage of the total value of the lease. They may also charge an hourly rate for their services.

Landlord reps can be helpful for landlords who are new to the process of leasing commercial space or who are unfamiliar with the local real estate market. They can provide valuable expertise and guidance to help landlords find suitable tenants and negotiate favorable lease terms.

I've worked with many landlords to help them identify tenants and negotiate favorable lease terms. If you're a commercial Landlord in Louisville, KY, or its surrounding areas, I'd be happy to help you market and identify the best tenant for your vacancies!
